What Is included in the equine health kit

The Equine Health Kit is designed to make it easy for owners, grooms and handlers to monitor the temperature of the horse safely.  Each 14 day or 30 day kit includes:

- step by step instructions on how to take the horse temperature 

- digital thermometer 

- petroleum jelly for thermometer

- temperature log to record morning and evening temperature with instructions to ensure

- a pen to easily record temperature and condition of the horse 

- wipes to clean hands, surfaces and thermometer 

- clear plastic cover with carabiner to hang temperature log outside the stall

- resealable clear plastic bag with label to easily hand the kit by the stall   

The Equine Health Kit is designed so it can be hung from a standard halter hook or twine. Management at many competitions now require temperature logs to be displayed outside the stall.
